Kayla Sturgeon brings over eight years of commercial property experience to her role as Commercial Property Manager, with a strong background spanning retail leasing, commercial property operations and property management.
Kayla began her career in casual mall leasing, working with major corporations and leading brands across large-scale retail shopping centres. This experience developed her strong understanding of the retail environment, tenant requirements and the importance of building effective commercial relationships.
She then spent four years as a Team Coordinator supporting two commercial property portfolios, gaining hands-on experience across property operations, contractor and maintenance coordination, compliance and day-to-day portfolio management.
Bringing together her leasing and property management experience, Kayla takes a practical, logical and hands-on approach to managing commercial property. She enjoys thinking outside the box to find effective solutions and understands the importance of balancing the needs of owners, tenants and stakeholders.
With a strong operational mindset and a broad understanding of the commercial property lifecycle, Kayla is focused on keeping properties running efficiently while delivering positive outcomes for clients and tenants.
