Joe Trounce holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and is applying his academic knowledge in his current role as a Property Officer.
Working across the day-to-day management of commercial property, Joe supports the property management team with tenant liaison, property operations, maintenance coordination, inspections, reporting and general asset management activities.
His studies have provided him with a strong understanding of property fundamentals, including leasing, valuation, property markets and asset management. Joe is now developing his practical industry experience by applying this knowledge to real-world property situations and gaining a deeper understanding of the commercial property sector.
