Earl Brown is an experienced senior executive and human resources leader with more than 30 years’ experience across government, Defence, aviation regulation and organisational transformation. His career has included responsibility for workforce strategy, organisational capability, human resources, competency and training systems, and the leadership of geographically dispersed teams through periods of significant organisational change. Earl has extensive experience in recruitment, workforce planning, capability development and building high-performing teams.
Earl holds a Masters In Human Resources and Organisational Development and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He now applies this extensive leadership and people-management experience through his work in recruitment and HR advisory services.
