Christopher Hefferan is a seasoned property professional with over two decades of industry experience and a robust background spanning commercial, retail, and industrial sectors, he brings deep expertise and a proven track record of delivering strategic outcomes for institutional and private clients alike.
Christopher began his property management career in Brisbane’s commercial and industrial markets, before joining CBRE Sunshine Coast in October 2013. There, he successfully managed high-profile retail and commercial assets including a Homemaker Centre and prominent office buildings across the Sunshine Coast through to North Bundaberg, serving major institutional clients and several private investors.
Most recently, Christopher joined Pure Property Management as an Asset Manager. In this role, he brings a wealth of experience in strategic asset oversight, deep stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence to Pure’s dedicated commercial property management model. As part of a firm that focuses solely on commercial asset management, he offers clients single-point accountability, seamless communication, and a proactive, locally attuned approach that aligns with Pure’s ethos of treating stakeholders as partners.
