Chris Gibbons brings over 30 years of commercial property management experience to Pure Property Management’s asset management team. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple ownership groups and management companies and has been involved with some of Brisbane’s most iconic assets, including The Myer Centre, Garden City, Toowong Village and Tower, Broadway on the Mall and Wintergarden, along with several high-profile CBD properties.
Chris is focused on ensuring each asset operates efficiently and delivers long-term value. He believes properties are most successful when their occupants are successful, and he takes a proactive, hands-on approach to achieving positive outcomes for owners and tenants alike.
With the ability to view challenges from multiple perspectives, Chris consistently delivers practical, well-considered solutions. His work has been recognised through multiple Excellence in Property Awards, including two National Awards for Excellence in Marketing.
