Over his career, he has managed major shopping centres and commercial facilities across Australia and New Zealand, including Kawana Shoppingworld, Wintergarden on the Mall, Belmont Forum, Portside Wharf, plus combined commercial office & retail properties.
Alan’s expertise spans centre management, leasing, asset optimisation, and refurbishment projects, where he has consistently delivered strong tenant outcomes and long-term asset growth. He was also a member of the foundation leasing team for Robina Town Centre and has been recognised internationally with a Maxi Award from the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) for excellence in marketing.
