William brings four years’ experience across commercial agency and property management in both New Zealand and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing and Commercial Law) from the University of Auckland, along with a Queensland Real Estate Licence.
He began his career in Auckland’s CBD during the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully negotiating office lease transactions in a highly challenging market. William has since managed diverse, large-scale portfolios across office, retail, hospitality, residential, and development sectors, including experience overseeing more than 1,000 active leases.
Known for his strong communication skills and relationship-focused approach, William builds genuine rapport with clients and stakeholders to deliver aligned, mutually beneficial outcomes.
