Her real estate career began in New Zealand, where she spent more than 12 years in residential property, specialising in both sales and rentals. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in client service and day-to-day property operations, earning a reputation for being reliable, solution-focused, and highly professional.
After relocating to Australia, Pauline joined the Centre Management team at a large regional shopping centre, working for three years as a Property Assistant before transitioning into Brisbane’s commercial real estate sector. In her current role, she supports the management of a dynamic commercial portfolio, working closely with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
